The City of Camden Department of Planning & Development, Division of Housing Services (City) seeks submissions from qualified vendors to conduct residential housing inspections and construction management.  The focus of these inspections are the abatement of existing code violations, upgrading essential systems, prevention of maintenance problems and cosmetic repairs intended to improve the aesthetic appearance/intrinsic value of subject property.  (Plumbing/sewer repairs, smoke & carbon monoxide alarms, heating/hot water systems, roofs, windows, doors, repair flooring, handicap accessibility, sidewalks).
