The City of Camden’s Department of Planning & Development Urban Enterprise Zone (UEZ) seeks proposals from qualified banks, institutions, organizations or Community Financial Development Institutes (C.D.F.I) to create and administer the Camden Strong’s Revolving Loan Fund Program (RLF). The RLF is a gap financing tool used for the development and expansion of small business and startup companies in the UEZ commercial corridors.
