Pursuant to the Fair and Open Process described under N.J.S.A. 19:44A-1, et seq., the City is issuing this competitive contracting solicitation from qualified individuals and firms who wish to provide grant writing services for the City of Camden for a contract period of one year with a second year option, at the sole discretion of the City of Camden.  The City of Camden reserves the right to contract with one or more individuals or firms.
