Description: 

The City of Camden, through its Department of Planning and Development and Department of Finance, Bureau of Grants Management, is soliciting proposals from qualified consulting firms to provide professional planning and compliance services for the preparation, coordination, and submission of the City’s Annual Action Plan (2027) and Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER) for HUD Entitlement Programs, including:

  • Community Development Block Grant (CDBG)
  • HOME Investment Partnerships Program (HOME)
  • Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG)
  • Housing Opportunities for Persons with AIDS (HOPWA), if applicable

The selected consultant shall also provide support related to IDIS data entry, entitlement application requirements, plan amendments, and updates to existing HUD-required planning documents, as applicable.
