The City of Camden seeks individuals or firms licensed and/or certified to provide municipal and consulting engineering services in the State of New Jersey and have substantial experience in the municipal and consulting engineering services that are the subject of this RFP as more particularly described herein. Proposer must also have resources sufficient to advance all costs as may be required by a given project requiring municipal or consulting engineering services. Proposer must also be free of any conflicts of interest, and must comply with the conflicts policy referred to in section 4.1. |
