Description: 

The City of Camden is seeking real estate appraisal services for property tax assessment on various properties.  It is the intent of this Request for Proposals (RFP) to obtain from interested and qualified real estate appraisal firms, a price proposal for consulting, appraising real estate, real estate appraisal review, preparing written appraisal reports and testifying before the Camden County Board of Taxation and the New Jersey Tax Court for tax appeals. This proposal covers the following four categories: vacant land, residential properties, commercial properties, and exempt properties.
