IN GENERAL, this project consists of the items of work described below, complete as specified within these Contract Documents entitled "Camden City Pools Rehabilitation"
SUMMARY OF WORK (Base Bid plus One (1) Alternate)
Base Bid - North Camden Pool at North Camden Community Center and South Camden Pool at Isabel Miller Community Center North Camden Pool at North Camden Community Center 1. Before any work is to be done on-site, Contractor must pressure test main drain line and confirm drain line is compromised. 2. Remove and replace existing pool deck and pool wall/floor 3. Remove and replace skimmer(s) and associated plumbing 4. Remove and replace areas of shell voids/hollow spots for re-plastering. Existing plaster to be chipped back for full depth coating at all tile lines and boarders. 5. Remove and replace pool tile as specified in Contract Documents. 6. Contractor to replace main drain sumps and piping to and within filter building 7. Install new main drain, pipes, fittings, and associated plumbing requirements 8. Install new ADA lift chair with 24-volt rechargeable battery as per manufacturer requirements. 9. Entire pool shell to be remediation, bond coated, and re-plastered in white diamond brite or approved equal. Prior to bond coating and plaster, existing plaster to be chipped back for full depth of coating at all tile lines and borders. Weak of loose plaster to be removed. 10. Restoring disturbed vegetated/lawn areas. As a minimum, all lawns shall be restored with topsoil, fertilizer, seed, and mulch. Other materials shall be restored in-kind. 11. Contractor to completely clean site at completion of construction and have pool ready for water. South Camden Pool at Isabel Miller Community Center 1. Remove and replace existing pool deck 2.
